The 2013 Vis moot problem concerns a dispute over the production of polo shirts

Participants in next year’s Willem C Vis moots in Vienna and Hong Kong
will apply the rules of a recently formed Hamburg institution, the
Chinese European Arbitration Centre, to a dispute over late delivery of
polo shirts by a company alleged to have used child labour.
